Our Story
With six paths to choose from in the city of Orlando, our aim is to become the seventh route to connect people just like the City Beautiful. Route 7 Orlando is a member-based nonprofit organization of men centered on the principle of growth and development - of self, one another and community. Since 2016, Route 7 Orlando and its members
have worked to accomplish this through the organization’s three focus areas of service, which include
accountability, community service and collaboration. The organization’s primary services and programs
include professional development and networking, volunteering, and mentoring of at-risk youth.
Our Mission
We are a network of gentlemen driven to promote growth amongst the community and each other.

Accountability
We take pride in providing an ego-less platform for Central Florida men to come together with one common goal, GROWTH! We host events in the Orlando area for men looking to establish new relationships, share goals and to grow personally and professionally with one another.
Community Service
As we develop alongside each other, it's just as important to contribute our time and resources to our community. Whether it's mentoring youth at the Levy-Hughes Boy's & Girl's Club or volunteering with a local non-profit organization, our goal is to make a positive impact.
Collaboration
We continuously seek opportunities to collaborate with others to provide value to our members and the community. Through our Speakers Series, we utilize our platform to bring in subject matter experts to share insight on their professions to our group.
Featured speakers to date include: Rick Whitted author of "Outgrow Your Space at Work," finance professionals from JPMorgan Chase and Certified Personal Trainer Thaddeus Kornegay (TK) of Camp Gladiator, mental health therapists from across the state of Florida.
