A Wellness Conversation for Men
Taking care of our health should be something we talk about more often.
Route 7 Orlando is partnering with Florida Blue for an evening focused on helping men better understand their health, ask better questions, and take a more active role in their overall wellness.
The evening will include health screenings and a presentation from a Florida Blue nutritionist focused on practical ways nutrition can support long-term health. We’ll also hear from a physician leader from AdventHealth for a candid conversation about men’s health, including preventive care, health risks men should be aware of, and the screenings and conversations we should be having with our doctors as we move through different stages of life.
This is not meant to feel like a doctor’s appointment or a lecture. It is a welcoming space for men to learn, connect, ask questions, and have an open conversation about…
