A Wellness Conversation for Men

Route 7 Orlando is partnering with Florida Blue to create a space where men can talk openly about our health—without judgment, pressure, or awkwardness.

This is a chance to have real conversations about the things we sometimes put off, the questions we do not always ask, and the health issues we should be paying more attention to as we get older.

The evening will include health screenings, practical nutrition insight from a Florida Blue nutritionist, and an open conversation with featured guest speaker Dr. John J.B. Frederick, Chief Medical Officer of AdventHealth DeLand.

Dr. Frederick is a board-certified internist and physician executive whose leadership has focused on clinical quality, patient safety, physician engagement, and improving the way care is delivered. He currently leads medical staff governance, clinical quality, patient safety, and physician performance at AdventHealth DeLand.
